ORA-Sweet® is a convenient, flavored syrup-based vehicle, formulated to flavor aqueous solutions and assist the compounding pharmacist in the preparation of oral extemporaneous delivery systems. ORA-Sweet® may be used alone or in conjunction with suspending agents, to impart flavor and sweetness while increasing the physical stability of the suspension. ORA-Sweet® contains suitable preservatives and is buffered to a slightly acidic pH to provide a vehicle which is dependable, consistent, pharmaceutically elegant and easy to use.
