We accept orders through our online ecommerce website, via phone and email! We have no minimum order requirements or shipping fees.

A valid DDP customer number is required when placing an order. DDP reserves the right to change product specifications and/or prices without prior notice.

Orders placed by 4:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Dropship orders requiring US Postal Service Manifesting should be placed by 2:00 PM EST for same day shipment. We can accommodate your emergency needs as they arise! Just call 800-437-4455 and a Customer Service Team Member will help. We offer shipping to your place of business as well as shipping direct-to-patient.
Notification of shortages and/or damages must be made within three business days of receipt of product. All returns require a Return Authorization from DDP Medical Supply. A copy of the invoice should accompany the return for proper credit to be issued.
When contacting a Customer Service Representative to request the return of merchandise, please provide the following information:
- The reason for the return;
- The item you are returning and the number of items; and
- Invoice number for the product being returned.
Full credit will be issued for returns that are within 30 days of purchase and can be re-sold. All parts, accessories, etc. must be included in the return in order for proper credit to be issued. There must be at least a six-month shelf life on the product. Product that is open, used, expired or damaged cannot be returned for credit. Product that was purchased more than 30 days prior will incur a 20% restocking fee.
You cannot return special order items, which includes items that DDP Medical Supply does not stock/carry.
If you receive a defective product, DDP Medical Supply must verify if there is a manufacturer’s warranty in effect and any requirements regarding product return for replacement.

Each return should include a return authorization code. Please call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-437-4455 to obtain a return authorization code. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling.
