• When a patient is interested:
  • Your office charges the patient up front and places a drop ship order with DDP Medical Supply

  • A copy of the packing slip and tracking information will be sent to you on the day following shipment.
• Patient receives the test kit and follows included instructions for filling out the online health history questionnaire and self-collection of their specimen (A hotline for questions is available)
• Patient chooses how to receive their results:
  • Sent directly to the patient
  • Sent to their primary care physician (PCP)
  • Schedule a follow-up call with the teledoctor
• Patient does the simple self-collection via a cheek swab
• Patient puts sample in the included self-addressed prepaid envelope and places in the mailbox.
• Teledoctor reviews the health information submitted and signs off on the test.
